Pricing

The prices for the EITF are as follows. Note there are packages offering substantial discounts if events are booked together.

Tickets for the Ball, Milongas & the Café can be purchased on the door. However, bookings in advanced are recommended.

Passes

The following passes are available. Please note that all passes must be booked and paid for by Friday 14th May – after that only individual bookings will be taken.

MINI Passes – Summer Ball plus two days of the Tango Café plus workshops as indicated:

MAXI Passes – As per MINI passes plus 2 milongas. Note the third milonga can be added for £5 at the time of booking.

If a MINI 4 or MAXI 4 pass is booked then additional workshops can be added at £17 each.

Bookings

To book, please submit the booking form and we will contact you back. Alternatively, you can email us your selection to bookings@eitf.org.uk.

We accept cheques issued by UK banks, electronic bank transfers and PayPal (a 3% surcharge is applied to PayPal transactions to compensate for PayPal charges).

UK bank cheques should be made payable to Edinburgh International Tango Festival and posted to EITF c/o Alexia Gaitanou, 11 Wellington Place, Edinburgh EH6 7EQ.

For overseas visitors or if you wish to transfer the money directly then send us the completed form or contact us at bookings@eitf.org.uk and we will send you our bank or PayPal details.

We have happy to acknowledge bookings, but cannot confirm them until payment is received. We will endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible, but it cannot be relied on solely. Should you attempt to book classes that are already full then we will inform you as soon as we can and give you the chance to choose alternative classes or receive a partial refund. Please email bookings@eitf.org.uk if you have any queries about workshops or your booking.

The organisers reserve the right to change the programme at any time. While we will endeavour to inform people of any changes, we assume no liability for any losses that may arise as a consequence of such changes.

In the event of cancellation, any refunds are at the discretion of the Festival organisers, and will not be given after 14th May.
